Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Quaintrelle online store for purchases. 

Quaintrelle is the trading name of Quaintrelle Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under registration number 10257070. Our registered address is 81 Park Hill, London, SW4 9NX. We are not VAT registered. 

These Terms and the relationship between you and us shall be governed by the laws of England and the English courts shall have non – exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. 

If any court or competent authority decides that any of the provisions of these Terms and conditions are invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, the term or condition will, to that extent only, be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If we fail, to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions, or if we do not exercise any of our rights or remedies under these terms, that will not mean that we have waived such rights or remedies and it will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do waive a default by you, that will not mean that we will automatically waive any subsequent default by you. No waiver by us of any of these Terms shall be effective unless we expressly say that it is a waiver and we tell you so in writing.

A person who is not party to these Terms shall not have any rights under or in connection with them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
These Terms shall be governed by English law and we both agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

This website, these Terms and Conditions and any contract entered into by the parties as a result of use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. We both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


Buying Products online 

Before proceeding to payment, you can review your order (including your total price inclusive of VAT and shipping charges) and make changes if needed. By placing an order with through our website online store you acknowledge you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please contact us if you are unhappy with any aspect of the terms to sales@quaintrelle.uk.com prior to placing your order with us. We must receive full payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order is confirmed or less you have made a (pre -order payment of 50% upfront on your order and 50% final payment on delivery.) Once payment has been received, we will confirm that your order has been confirmed by sending an email to you via the email you filled out online. Our acceptance of your order creates a legally binding contract between us. All contracts are concluded in English. We have the right to revise and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time.


Price & Vat 

You must make payment for the goods at the time of the order. The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order. We reserve the right to change the price of any product before you place an order. We will inform you if a product’s actual price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order at that time.

 

Colour content

Quaintrelle have made every effort to display as accurately as possible that the garments shown online, prints and fabrics specifications appear on quaintrelle.uk.com. If however there are colour differences between the colour pigmentations this maybe down to your computer colours on your computer and cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by your browser software.

 

Ownership of rights

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed by Quaintrelle Ltd. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Quaintrelle Ltd. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.

 

General
