Quaintrelle use DHL Express for all UK and International deliveries. Please note that given the significant impacts of Covid 19, International orders sent may take longer than usual, you will receive updates via email to track your order.

Please note are order cut off time is 2.30pm Monday to Friday, any orders after this day will be dispatched the next working day.
Gift Wrapping – Free of charge
All silk dressing gowns purchases will be sent in a Quaintrelle grey mailing bag, carefully wrapped in grey tissue paper, ribbon with display card and pretty pink branding logo stickers. The Melange ( fleece style) will be sent in a clear sealed bag only and in a Quaintrelle grey bag.
Orders must be placed before 12 moon for same day dispatch, any orders placed on a bank holiday or weekend will be processed on the following working day with a tracking number that will be emailed to you. Please specify where you want your parcel to be left, in a reception, with neighbour etc, this is at your own risk and no liability rests with Quaintrelle, we will not be liable for missing goods delivered to you.
Duties & Taxes
All shipments made outside of the EU may be subject to Import Duty, Tax and Vat. These charges differ from depending on the destination which is out of our control, therefore when ordering from Quaintrelle we will not be responsible for the payment of any Import costs, this will be your responsibility, if not paid then the item will be returned back to us or held at customs. We are unable to refund customs or import charges for overseas when returning items.Therefore we recommend that you call you local mail depot for guidance on your custom and import duty rates before making an order, they should be able to provide an estimate as it varies by country.
Returns – Refunds
We guarantee to refund any unsuitable item if we are notified within 7 days by email to email@example.com. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of being sent out quoting your order number, please also explain by email why you are returning your item. We cannot refund the items until we have received them at our studio, we we recommend using a recorded delivery.
The item must be in perfect condition, not marked, damaged in any way and unworn displaying the original tags and proof of purchase. If you notice any faults with your item, please inform us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. Returns are at the customers expense so it is your responsibility to pay for postage. In addition, postage for exchanged items will be charged at the usual rate again.

Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Card refunds can take up to 10 working days, if you haven’t received a refund, please contact your bank or credit card company.
